摘 要:集中考察了情绪智力水平与从下属激励效果衡量的领导绩效之间的关系。通过对8家样本企业的中层经理及其直接下属进行问卷调查,较为完整地收集了下属和上司的情绪智力水平、下属的绩效水平和下属的态度等数据。再对筛选得到的230个样本数据进行统计分析,结果表明,领导情绪智力水平对员工组织承诺和员工份外工作绩效有显著正向影响,而与员工份内工作绩效和工作满意度的相关性不显著。因此,通过提升领导情绪智力水平,能够帮助企业有效提高员工的组织承诺和份外工作绩效。This paper focuses on the relation between EI of leaders and the leadership effectiveness.8 samples by middle managers of enterprises and their direct subordinates conducted a questionnaire survey,we have collected more complete data about the emotional intelligence level between subordinates and superiors,the performance level and the attitude of subordinates by the questionnaire survey towards the middle managers and their direct subordinates of 8 sample enterprises.The result of statistical analysis of the screened 230 of the sample data showed that,the EI of leaders has a significant positive impact on the out-role performance and organizational commitment of subordinates,while the relevance to the job performance and job satisfaction of the employee is not significant.So it can help companies improve organizational commitment and exceptional job performance of the employee by increasing the leaders' EI level.
