摘　　要：通过对协调与革新阶段的划分及其在组织中交替出现的分析,探讨其特征及管理原则,为组织体制创新提供的理论依据。This paper divided the course of management in organization into two stages ： one is coordination and the other is innovation. The author focused on the alternation of them and discussed the characteristics and principles of them in the course of management.
