摘  要:为提高学生的学习兴趣和解决实际问题的能力,对病原生物学与免疫学实验内容和教学方法进行了改进。在精减、整合经典验证实验的基础上,积极开设综合性、创新性实验;在教学过程中充分运用多媒体及网络教学手段,强调少讲课多指导的教学方法,注重实事求是培养学生的科研思维,实施实验室开放及改进实验考核模式。实验改革提高了学生的积极性和主动性,激发了学习兴趣和创新思维,为培养实用型和创新型人才创造了条件。In order to enhance students' interest in learning and solving practical problems,the content of a pathogenic biology and immunology lab course and the way it was taught were revised.Traditional empirical experiments were streamlined and coordinated,and the number of comprehensive and innovative experiments was increased.Emphasis on lectures was reduced and multimedia technology and web-based learning were put to great use.Scientific thinking by students was fostered by focusing on facts,opening up laboratories,and revising testing.These efforts increased student enthusiasm and initiative and stimulated student interest and innovative thinking.Thus,these revisions created conditions that foster students who are practically-minded and creative.
