摘  要:目的探讨临床路径在腰椎间盘突出症患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将我科80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成两组,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,观察组采用临床路径进行健康教育,对两组患者宣教知识掌握情况、腰腿痛程度、Prolo腰椎功能等术后并发症进行比较。结果观察组和对照组在健康教育内容的掌握程度、腰腿痛程度、Prolo腰椎功能评定三个方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);腰椎不稳、腰椎间盘突出复发、椎间隙感染情况比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者运用临床路径可使患者全面、系统、有效的掌握健康知识,降低并发症,提高生活质量,进而提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To investigate the practical effect of clinical pathway in health education of patients with LDP.Methods 80 cases of LDP are divided randomly into two group,control group using traditional ways in health education,while observation group using clinical Pathway.Make comparation in the mastering extents of health education contents,Lumbocrural pain extent and postoperative complications such as Prolo Lumbar intervertebral Disc function,etc.Results There is statistical significance between observation group and control group.in in the mastering extents of health education contents,Lumbocrural pain extent and postoperative complications such as Prolo Lumbar intervertebral Disc function evaluation(P0.05),while no significance in Lumbar vertebra unsteady,LDP relapse and intervertebral infection(P0.05).Conclusion Using clinical pathway can make patients of LDP have an overall,systematic and effective mastering of health knowledge,decrease complications,improve life quality and thus boose the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
