摘　　要：介绍了锁相环频率合成器的的组成及工作原理,并基于Simulink平台对双环锁相4倍频频率合成器进行了模型设计,仿真结果表明了设计的正确性及可行性。The principle and the composition of Frequency Synthesizer Based on Phase-locked Loop is introduced, and the Simulink module of Fourth Frequency-Multiply Frequency synthesilzer with Double Phase-Lock Loops is designed. The correctness and feasibility of this design is verified by simulation result.
