摘　　要：大学生职业生涯设计势在必行,具有重要的意义。本文阐述了实施大学生职业生涯设计的内涵与意义,从适应、探索、拼搏、冲刺四个不同阶段给出了职业生涯设计阶段性管理的任务和目标,并提出了具体的措施,指出了大学生职业生涯设计顺利开展的保障措施。It is of great significance and essential for college students to ha^-e career plans. In the thesis, the connotation and significance of the career plan for college students is well explained, the tasks and goals of the stage management in career planning are proposed with specific measures, i. e., the stages of adaptation, exploration, combat and sprint, and the guarantee measures tot the career planning are also briefly stated.
