摘　　要：用科学发展观解读高校体育教学指导思想的研究,探讨高校体育文化的构建因素和高校体育文化的进步方法,对校园体育氛围的形成,培养学生运动习惯有积极的推动作用,构建健康向上的体育文化,在体育文化的熏陶下推动校园体育的发展。This paper interprets the physical education hy Scientific Concept of Development, discusses the factors that build sports culture and the cultural progress methods, which have a positive role in the formation of the campus physical environment and the development of exercise habits of students to build a healthy and progressive sports culture and promote campus sports development under the influence of sports culture.
