优化财务管理本科专业人才培养方案的实践与思考

摘　　要：在明确财务管理本科专业人才培养目标定位的基础上,以培养应用型高级财务管理人才为中心,通过贯彻实施"导师制"和"导学制",构建专业理论课程体系、实践教学体系和教学质量监控体系以优化财务管理本科专业人才培养方案,提高人才培养质量。但在财务管理专业特色的培育以及实践教学体系研究与实现途径等问题上还需要采取进一步措施予以解决。In the paper, through the implementation of the ＂mentofing＂ and ＂lead academic＂, we will focus on developing application - oriented senior personnel of financial management, and build the professional curriculum theory, practice teaching system and teaching quality monitoring system to optimize the cultivation program of financial management professional in undergraduate and improve the quality of personnel training based on clearing the identification of cultivation objectives. But there are many issues, such as the characteristics cultivation of financial management professional, research and implementation of practical teaching system and so an, which are to take further measures to be addressed.
