分光光度法测定微量铁(Ⅲ)的研究

摘　　要：研究了微量铁（ Ⅲ） 在盐酸介质中催化邻苯二胺的聚合反应及其最佳实验条件，建立了测定微量铁（ Ⅲ） 的新方法－ 方法的ε＝ ３ ．６８９ ×１０３Ｌ·ｍｏＬ－ １·ｃｍ － １ ，检测范围为０ ～１００ ｍｇ／２５ ｍＬ，用于测定食品中的微量铁（ Ⅲ） ，获得了满意结果－This paper has studied the polymerized reaction of o-phenylenediamine based on the catalysis of trace Fe(Ⅲ) in hydrochloric acid and its optimunm experimental corditions.A new determination meltcod for trare Fe(Ⅲ) is established.ε is 3.689×10 3 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,the range of determination is from o to 100 μg/25 mL.It is applized satisfactorily to the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) in several food samplec.
