摘  要:利用气流吹扫微注射器萃取技术和气相色谱-质谱对植物(碰碰香)释放的挥发性物质进行实时监测,分析其昼夜节律变化.实验定性了22种挥发性物质,其中单萜类化合物种类最多(9种);大多数挥发性物质在07:00-17:00之间达到释放高峰,少数物质在21:00至次日05:00达到释放高峰;不同类挥发性物质释放量的变化情况存在差异性.实验表明:气流吹扫微注射器萃取技术实现了自然状态下对植物释放的挥发性物质的监测,是一种新型的、非破坏性的实时监测植物释放挥发性物质的技术.Gas purge microsyringe extraction (GP-MSE) and gas chromatographic mass spectrometric were used for real-time monitoring of emission of volatile compounds from plant (Plectranthus tomentosa ), and analyzed the change of diurnal cycle rhythm. In this study, 22 compounds were identified and monoterpene hydrocarbons (9 compounds) were the most in these volatile compounds. The most of these volatile compounds achieved the high peak of emission were between 07:00-17:00. A small number of substances reached the high peak were between 21:00 to 5:00 the next day. The differences of change of different type compounds were also exist. The results show that the GP-MSE achieve the real time monitoring of volatile compounds from plants under natural conditions, it is a novel, non-estrutive real time monitoring technology of volatile compounds.
