摘 要:模式是事物在总体运行上相对固定和可资借鉴的标准形式,它从本质意义上标志着事物运行的成功趋向和状态。作为本科教育的新类别,应用型教育只有建立起符合自身办学定位和发展目标的质量管理模式,才能从根本上提高管理的科学性和规范性,真正形成教育教学的内部质量保障机制。应用型本科教育"三三四四"质量管理模式,是在教学质量"三四四"规范化管理机制基础上对教学管理的进一步探索与创新,它由三大理念、三大体系、四大机制和四大环节构建而成,从理念、结构和实施特征上充分体现着应用型人才培养的内在规律,能从根本上促进教学质量的提高和办学特色的强化。In General, model is a relatively fixed and standard form on which things run. It essentially marks the tendency of things running and state. As a new type of undergraduate education, the application - oriented education should only establish the quality management model in line with its position and development goals, thus it can fundamentally improve the management of scientific and normative, and can real form the internal quality assurance mechanisms of education and teaching. The "3344" quality management model of the application undergraduate education is a further probe and creation on teaching management, and it is based on fundamental of the model of teaching management model "334". The model consists of three con- cepts, three major systems, four aspects, and four mechanisms. It is built from the concept, structure and implementation of fully embodies the characteristics of application - oriented training of internal law, and fundamentally improve the quality of teaching and promote strengthen of school characters.
