摘　　要：高职生要想在未来的市场竞争中拥有更大的竞争力,就必须要重视职业精神教育,加强职业素养的培养,努力成为职业化人才。因此,要在学校的学习和企业的实习过程中,不断提高自己的职业素质和职业能力,成为具有职业精神,综合素质高的应用型人才。To succeed in the future competition in the market with greater competitiveness,higher vocational college students should attach importance to professionalism education,strengthen the professionalism of the training,and strive to become professional talents.Therefore,in the course of training in school and enterprises,they should constantly improve their professional quality and professional competence to become high overall quality of application-oriented talents with professionalism.
