摘　　要：以我国沿海发达地区244家企业为样本,考察外部知识网络对不同创新模式的不同作用。实证研究发现,网络规模、网络异质性、网络中心性、关系强度分别对技术创新和管理创新产生不同影响,技术创新和管理创新对知识网络的要求存在差异。研究发现了中国文化背景中知识网络与创新模式的匹配关系,弥补了已有研究对管理创新关注的不足。Taking 244 enterprises in Chinese coastal area as the sample, this paper examines the influence of knowledge network on different kinds of innovation. Empirical study shows that network size, network heterogeneity, network centrality and tie strength exert different impact on technological and managerial innovation. Technological and managerial innovation have different requirements on knowledge network. The research explores the matches between knowledge network and innovation mode in Chinese culture context and enriches managerial innovation research.
