摘 要:采用45′英尺标准冷藏集装箱,使用自行研发的可折叠集装化活鱼运输装备,构建"起捕-短途转运-暂养待运-长距离运输-暂养待售"的活体罗非鱼长距离运输工艺流程,探索活体罗非鱼长距离运输各关键因子的控制技术:温度(T)为20±2℃,溶解氧(DO)为3~7.0 mg/L,浊度<400度,总氨氮(NH3-N)<100 mg/L,亚硝酸盐氮(NO2--N)<0.5 mg/L、pH控制在6.5~7.5范围,游离二氧化碳(CO2)<80 mg/L。严格控制运输条件下水环境的各项关键因子,可以实现活体罗非鱼长距离运输。In this study,45 feet standard refrigerated container and self-manufactured folding containerized live fish transport equipment were used to establish a process flow for long-distance transport of live tilapia,which including catching,short-distance transshipment,temporary keeping,long-distance transport and keeping for sale.The control techniques for each key factor that would affect the long-distance transport of live tilapia were studied,and the results showed as follows: temperature should be 20±2℃,dissolved oxygen(DO) should be 3~7.0 mg/L,turbidity400 FTU,total NH3-N〈100 mg/L,NO2^-—N〈0.5 mg/L,pH should be controlled within 6.5~7.5 and CO2〈80 mg/L.The long-distance transport of live tilapia can be realized as long as each key factor of water would have been controlled strictly.
