摘　　要：青年教师是未来学校发展的主导力量,为提高高职院校可持续发展的能力,必须注重提高青年教师的科研素养。不断提高青年教师的科研素养,积极创造科研条件,这也是促进高职院校教师专业化发展的重要举措。As the leading force in the future development in colleges, to improve capacity of youny readers for sustainable development in vocational colleges, we must pay attention to improving scientific quality of young teaches. Continuous improvement of scientific quality of young teachers and active creation of conditions for scientific research are important countermeasures to promote the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges.
