摘 要:目的探讨硕士研究生自我效能、社会支持与学习倦怠间的关系。方法参照连榕等编制的《大学生学习倦怠问卷》修订形成《硕士研究生学习倦怠问卷》,结合一般自我效能感量表和社会支持评定量表,对280名硕士研究生进行测查。结果①硕士研究生的学习倦怠水平较高(项目均分为2.68);行为不当与情绪低落差异有统计学意义(t=13.39,P<0.001);②自我效能与学习倦怠及各维度之间存在显著负相关(P<0.01);社会支持及其各维度与学习倦怠及其情绪低落、行为不当维度间存在显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);③自我效能与对支持的利用度对学习倦怠有显著的预测作用(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论自我效能、社会支持与研究生的学习倦怠存在密切关系。Objective To explore the correlation among general self-efficacy,social support and learning burnout of master degree candidates.Methods A total of 280 master degree candidates were assessed with Graduate Learning Burnout questionnaire,Social Support scale and General Self-efficacy scale,the former was revised according to Graduate Learning Burnout questionnaire authorized by Lian Rong etc.Results ①The level of master degree candidates' learning burnout was high(learning burnout item value was 2.68);there were obvious positive correlations between factors of dejection and improper behavior(t=13.39,P0.001).②There were obvious negative correlations between general self-efficacy and the total learning burnout or its factors(P0.01);there were obvious positive correlation between the total social support or its factors and the total learning burnout or its factors of dejection and improper behavior(P0.05 or P0.01).③The general self-efficacy and the availability of support which was one factor of social support could largely predict learning burnout(P0.01 or P0.001).Conclusion There are significant correlations among general self-efficacy,social support and learning burnout of master degree candidates.
