摘  要:根据结构参数和试验数据建立相继增压系统仿真模型。通过试验与计算结果的对比验证该模型,并采用该模型对相继增压控制策略进行研究。根据试验与计算结果确定相继增压的切换策略为切入压气机的打开或关闭应该晚于涡轮的打开或关闭,避免了压气机的喘振及增压空气由进气管向压气机倒流。压气机延迟打开时间随环境压力的降低而升高,随环境温度的降低而降低,压气机延迟关闭时间随环境压力和温度的降低而降低。高原与标准环境相比,延迟打开时间变长,延迟关闭时间变短。The simulation model of sequential turbocharging system was established based on the system structure and experiment data,and validated through comparison of the measured and calculated results,then used to analyze the sequential turbocharging control strategy.From the measured and calculated results,it is concluded that the switch-in compressor should be opened or closed after the switch-in turbine opening or closing to avoid the compressor surging and intake air reversal flow from intake pipes to compressor.It is achieved from the simulation that opening time delay of the compressor increases as the environment pressure decreasing and decreases as the environment temperature decreasing.The closing time delay decreases as the environment pressure and temperature decreasing.The opening time delay becomes longer and the closing time delay becomes shorter in high-land compared with in standard environment.
