摘  要:研究发现《黄帝内经》时代的医家们通过对自然界、社会长期观察后,形成了系统生物学雏形思想。认为人体是一个有机的整体系统,而且还认为人与自然、社会也是一个的统一的大整体系统观,并以此指导养生,预防,诊断及治疗。文章旨在探源《黄帝内经》中质朴的系统生物学思想,挖掘其中医理论精髓,提供中西医结合的思路。即把《黄帝内经》的天人相应,人与社会相应的大系统观,结合基于现代代谢组学、蛋白质组学、基因组学等系统生物学思想相结合进行研究,了解自然环境、社会、心理、情绪变化对细胞、组织、蛋白质、基因、代谢、免疫等的影响,从而更加了解人类进化、生老病死的规律。对疾病的预测、预防控制、诊断、治疗做更大的贡献。The research found that the systems biology embryonic thinking was formed by medical practitioners in Yellow Em- perorb Internal Classic times through the long - term nature, social observation. They emphasized the integrative view, emphasized human being corresponding to the earth and sky which included the human being and nature ;body itself,human being and socie- ty. The systems biology embryonic thinking has being guided the health Cares and the disease prevention ,diagnosis and treatment. The unsophisticated systems biology thinking in Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic was investigated to excavate its Chinese medicine essence and to provide the thoughts of integrated traditional and western medicine. That is, the effect of natural environment, society ,psychology ,emotion changes on cell, tissue, protein, gene, metabolic, immune, and the law of the evolution of humanity, human's birth and oldness and illness and death were learned by researching on the combination of the thinking of systems biology of metabonomics, Proteomics, Genomics, andso on, and the overall system concept of the corresponding of human and nature, the corresponding of human and society, which make more contributions to disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
