高职院校公共选修课存在的问题及对策研究——以济源职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：以济源职业技术学院公共选修课近年来的的开设情况为例,分析了当前高职院校公共选修课教学改革中存在的一些共性问题,包括对学生选课缺乏指导,技术支持力量不够;开设课程数量少,课程结构不合理;授课师资力量薄弱,高职称教师偏少;硬件设施不足,教学资源匮乏;考核方式单一,缺乏有效的信度和效度等。针对这些问题,提出了健全激励监控机制、加强制度建设、课程建设力度,以及改善教学设施条件等一系列切实可行的对策和建议。Taking public elective courses set up in Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College for example, this paper analyzes the common problems of teaching reform of public elective courses existing in vocational colleges, such as lack of guidance for students＇ choice of public elective courses, insufficient technical support force, a small number of public elective courses, unreasonable course construction; weak teacher resources, weak high - title - teacher resources; deficient hardware facilities, single assessment methods, shortage of effective reliability and validity and so on. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a series of practical countermeasures and suggestions, which include the completion of incentive monitoring mechanisms, strengthening of system constructions, reinforcement of course constructions, and improvement of the teaching facilities conditions.
