摘  要:目的:通过对成都市某二甲综合医院编制外护士工作压力与个人满意度的现状调查,探讨编制外护士工作压力对工作满意度的影响,找出造成职业压力的原因及提高个人满意度的方法与对策,为护理人力资源的管理决策与研究提供参考依据。方法:对成都市某二甲综合医院60名临床护士发放工作压力与个人满意度问卷并对调查结果进行分析。结果:编制外护士的工作特征为工作压力最大,个人满意度最低。结论:年轻的编制外护士因获得社会和家庭的支持度小,工作压力明显大于年长的编制内护士,因此导致个人满意度下降,提示管理者应多角度关注编制外护士的工作和生活,提高其工作满意度,从而促进医院护理人力资源队伍的稳定和护理质量的提高。Objective: To discuss the job stress and job satisfaction, and find the reason to handle the job satisfaction, and provide reference frame for management, by surveying extra-organizational nurses from one second-class hospital in Chengdu. Methods: 60 nurses from one second-class hospital in Chengdu were surveyed by questionnaire about job stress and job satisfaction. Results: The job stress of extra-organizational nurses was the heaviest while the job satisfaction of whose was the lowest. Conclusion: The job satisfaction of young extra-organizational nurses is lower than that of older organizational nurses, because of the heavier job stress which is caused by the less surportment from the society and family. According to these results, in order to rise the stability of nursing human resource and nursing quality, the manager should rise the job satisfaction by focusing on extra-organizational nurses work and daily life.
