建立学习型社会背景下的成教学生教育与管理

摘　　要：大力发展高校成人教育、提高成人教育质量对促进学习型社会建设,实现基本形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会战略目标具有重要意义。建立学习型社会要求高校成教学生教育与管理必须引导学生既树立终身学习的理念,又充分认识当下学习的重要性;必须引导学生树立积极健康的心态,增强学习的主动性;必须激发学生的自律意识,增强其自我约束力;必须适应成教学生的特点,增强教育与管理的实效性。Constant development and improvement of college adult education is an important approach to construction of the study-oriented society of public life-long learning,where college adult students should be well guided in establishing the ideal of lifelong learning and cognition of the importance of the study during their youth. Therefore,to improve the effect of education and management,it is obliged to guide the college adult students to form proper mentality and awareness of self-discipline,stimulate their initiative of learning according to their characteristics.
