摘 要:目的分析FgBβ1689T/G、I6I/D、345C/T和HinfIA/C多态性位点的单体型人群分布特征和脑梗死疾病的关系及其对血浆Fg浓度和分子活性等功能表达的影响。方法选取开滦集团职工1 021人,均留取清晨空腹静脉血测定血糖、尿酸等生化指标及Fg浓度、FMPV/Amax等反映Fg分子聚合功能的指标,并进行基因型。结果 4个多态性位点的等位基因、基因型及其H1、H4、H5、H7单体型的频率在有和无脑梗死组之间无差异性(P>0.05)。以有无脑梗死为因变量的Logistic回归分析显示,性别、饮酒史、口服阿司匹林、高血压病、DBP、BMI、GLU是脑梗死的影响因素。结论 4个多态性位点及其常见单体型均与脑梗死及血浆Fg浓度和分子功能的表达没有明显的直接联系,但阿司匹林可以与H5单体型相互作用,而降低血浆Fg浓度及其分子活性的功能表达。We aim to investigate the relationship of the haplotypes of 1689T/G,I6I/D,345C/T and HinfIA/C with cerebral infarction(CI),and their impacts on the concentration and molecular reactivity of plasma fibrinogen.Fg concentration,FMPV/Amax and biochemistry indicators were measured,and four polymorphisms were genotyped in the sample consisted of 1 021 subjects from Kailuan Group.No differences in frequencies of genotypes,alleles and haplotypes were observed between cerebral infarction(CI) and non-CI(P〈0.05);logistic regression was used to analyze the influence on CI exerted by CI and non-CI,gender,drinking,oral aspirin,hypertension,DBP,BMI and GLU(P〈0.015).This study showed that the four sites and their major haplotypes do not directly associated with CI or the concentration and molecular reactivity of plasma fibrinogen.But aspirin can interact with haplotype H5 and decrease the concentration and molecular reactivity of plasma fibrinogen.
