摘 要:中国科学院的教育活动具有跨地域、网络式、集中分散相结合的客观布局和寓教于研的培养特点,利用信息化提升其创新教育能力和水平已成为必然选择。由于教育信息化现有理论方法的不足直接影响了项目实现效果和提升空间,本文提出了一种衡量信息化成熟度的6级度量模型,并利用该模型建立起一个选择与优化开发服务功能的教育信息化过程模型。通过建立教育学习的本体,本文还提出了一种如何利用业务本体来整合多个异构应用系统的方法。这些模型和方法已成功地应用到中国科学院"十一五"教育信息化的项目实施中,并取得了良好的建设成效和服务效果,提升了技术创新能力。The education activities at Chinese Academy of Sciences have three characteristics: cross regional network, decentralization, learning by doing; and using information technology to enhance education innovation ability and level has become inevitable choice. Because of the lack of theoretical methods for education informatization, it affects the project implementation effectiveness and improvement. This paper presents a 6^th level metric maturity model for informatization measure. We have used the model established an education informatization process for selecting and optimizing the service functions. By establishing an education and learning ontology, it also explains how to utilize business ontology on integrating the heterogeneous applications. The model and method has been successfully applied to the Chinese Academy of Sciences 11^th five year education informatization initiative. It has shown that good results of construction have been achieved and the maintain services being well. It also has promoted our technical innovation capability.
