试论高校“去行政化”

摘　　要："大学去行政化"问题并非始于今日,早有争议,尤其近几年议论、呼声不绝于耳。但对任何事物只要以历史的、辩证的、全面的观点来审视、来分析,就不难发现高校行政化问题并非孤立、静止地存在,而是有其深厚的社会历史背景,以及国家体制问题。只有通过国家政治体制改革,教育体制及其高校体制机制改革,政策配套,法律保障,大学才能有效地去其行政化。The topic of ＂removing administration from colleges and universities＂ has been long debated, especially in recent years. But if it is analyzed in a historical, dialectical and comprehensive point of view, it＇s not difficult to find that administration in universities is not an isolated and static existence but that it has a profound social background, the problem of national system. Only through national political system reform and that of educational system as well as college system, can administration be removed with policy support and law protection.
