摘 要:针对多轴运动轨迹、速度和加速度等运动参数采用传统检测方法存在实时性差的问题,提出了一种简单通用的多轴在线测量方法。该方法中的多路并行光栅位移信号的实时采集和存储分别由可编程逻辑器件CPLD和SRAM负责,数据整理和传送借助微控制器ARM实施,运动参数的离线分析和记录用上位机完成。为验证所提出方法的有效性和可用性,以工业CT CD300BXR分度轴、平移轴、射线源和探测器分层轴运动的状态检测为例,采用1 ms中断方式采集运动状态数据4 min.,然后用Matlab对其实时性进行分析,测量值和理论值的最大位移偏差率和速度偏差率分别为0.012%和0.027%,上位机采集一次数据的延时时长为814 ns。结果表明,该测量方法能够实现多轴运动参数的在线测量。Aimed at being poor in real time of traditional measurement method in parameters of trajectory,speed and acceleration and etc.for multi-axis motion,the paper proposed a sort of simple and general measurement method on line for multi-axis.In the method,the sampling and storage of signal of multi-channel parallel grating displacement was charged by CPLD and SRAM,and the data reduction and transmission was implemented by microprocessor ARM,and the analysis and record of motion parameter off line was completed by upper computer.In order to validate the effectiveness and usability of proposed method,it takes the motion state test of division axis,translation axis,X-ray source and detector in device of industrial CT CD300BXR as an example.In the experiment,the motion parameter was fetched by means of interruption mode,each interruption took 1ms once,and the whole collecting time of data is taken as 4 min.Then it analyzed the real-time by Matlab,with the experiment result,maximum displacement error rate between actual measurement values and theoretical values is 0.73% and speed error rate is 2.68%.in addition,the delay time when the upper computer collect measurement data each time is 814 ns.The result of experiment analysis shows that the measurement method can achieve the on-line measurement for multi-axis motion parameters.
