摘 要:由于小孔法中校准系数a和b的试验标定过程较为繁琐,以及ASTM E837-08给出的推荐值在实际测量中有一定的局限性,用有限元数值分析的方法模拟力学拉伸试验的校准过程,对中心圆直径为5.13 mm的A型应变花的校准系数进行标定。通过ANSYS构造试件和应变花粘合的三维模型,分别对薄试件钻通孔和厚试件钻盲孔的情况进行研究,分析试件贴片平面的边长、试件的厚度、钻孔直径和钻孔深度对a和b的影响,然后将标定得到的数据与ASTM E837-08的推荐值进行比较分析。结果表明,薄试件钻通孔时,钻孔直径是主要的影响因素,厚试件钻盲孔时,钻孔直径和钻孔深度是两个主要的影响因素,且它们对a和b的影响都有一定的规律性;通过有限元数值分析的方法标定小孔法中的校准系数得到的数值准确可靠,与ASTM E837-08的推荐值吻合较好,并对其数值做了较充分的扩展;有限元数值标定的方法快捷有效,可以取代复杂的力学拉伸试验校准的方法。The experimental calibration procedure of calibration constants and in the hole-drilling method are complicated,as well as the recommended values in ASTM E837-08 have some limitations in practical measurements.Finite element(FE) numerical analysis method is used to simulate the calibration process of mechanical tensile test,and the calibration coefficients of Type A strain rosette with a centre diameter of 5.13 mm are calibrated.A 3D model of bonding of specimen and rosette is built by means of ANSYS,and drilling through-hole in the thin specimen and drilling blind hole in the thick specimen respectively are investigated.Furthermore,the influences of the side length of specimen patch plane,the specimen thickness,the hole diameter,and the drilling depth on and are analyzed.Finally,the obtained calibration data are compared with the recommended values of ASTM E837-08.The results show that the hole diameter is a key influencing factor in drilling through-hole on the thin specimen.However,the hole diameter and drilling depth are two major influencing factors in drilling blind hole on the thick specimen.In addition,their influences on and have certain regularity.The calibration coefficients obtained from FE numerical analysis method are accurate,reliable,and in good agreement with the recommended values of ASTM E837-08,and its value is fully extended.The FE numerical calibration method is efficient and effective,which can replace the complex mechanical tensile calibration.
