摘　　要：本文介绍采用X射线荧光光谱仪在更换X光管后,经过测试及数据处理,可以采用之前X光管测试的样品做标样,然后对新样品进行测试,而不用新的标样。结果表明,该方法定量准确、干扰因素小,可以大大节约制作标样的时间及成本。Through testing and data processing, previous X-ray tube tested samples can be used as standard Samples if X-ray fluorescence spectrometer using a new X-ray tube, rather than a new standard sample. The result shows the quantitative accuracy, small disturbances, significant savings in time and cost of standard sample preparation
