摘　　要：高等学校教学团队建设对提高教学质量、促进教学改革具有重要意义。本文从精细化管理视野，对精细化管理理念下教学团队建设的特征、必要性和如何加强建设进行了探讨，旨在进一步促进高校教学团队建设。Teaching team building on higher education to improve teaching quality, attach great significance to promote the teaching reform from the meticulous management perspective. This paper discusses the characteristics of team building based on the fine management, necessity and how to strengthen team-building for teaching in order to promote the teaching team building in China.
