摘　　要：教师专业发展和教师成长是近年来国内外教育关注的焦点。阅读期刊杂志和攥写相关科研论文是西部外语教师专业发展的主要途径,调查结果显示,西部外语教师专业发展所面对的问题既有内因也有外因,一方面,教师自身对反思性教学不够重视,另一方面,学校主管部门未提供充分的资金支持。The professional development of teachers is the main concern of educational field at home and abroad.The foreign language teachers in west area of China improve their professional ability by reading articles in journals and writing the relative articles.The difficulties we face in development can be divided into two aspects,on the one hand,teachers themselves did not pay more attention to reflective teaching,on the other hand,we lack of the financial support from the schools.
