摘　　要：师范生免费教育政策的实施,充分体现了党和国家对农村基础教育事业的高度重视和关注。免费师范生必须具备高尚师德,毕业后才能够德学兼备、爱岗敬业,把长期从教的义务变为乐教爱教的热情。应通过构建内化机制、名师言传身教、建立见习基地、开启实践体验教育等方式,努力做好免费师范生的师德培养工作。The implement of free normal student education policy embodies the attention and concern for the basic education in rural areas of the party and the state.The free normal college student must possess noble teachers＇ moral which will impel them dedicating to long-term obligations from teaching into the warm love of teaching after graduation.In order to do a better job in the education of free normal student,internalization system,exemplary teaching,probation base and experimental education should be established.
