摘　　要："双师型"教师队伍建设是高等职业教育教学改革的首要问题之一。从三方面对"双师型"教师队伍建设进行了论述:一是对"双师型"教师的内涵进行了界定;二是对"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状进行了分析;三是结合兰州石化职业技术学院近几年"双师型"教师队伍建设情况,剖析了"双师型"教师队伍建设的主要途径。Team construction of double-qualification teachers is a key task in teaching reform of higher vocational education.The paper discusses team construction of double-qualification teachers from three aspects： defining the connotation of double-qualification teacher;analyzing the present situation of its construction;analyzing the main methods of its construction by means of double-qualification teachers construction in Lanzhou Petrochemical College.
