摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎病位在脾胃,病机是气机升降失调,特点是虚实错杂、本虚标实,中医通过健脾和胃、疏肝理气、清热利湿、活血化瘀、滋阴养胃等"通"法辨证论治,可达到"脾胃健运,气机通达"的目的。Chronic atrophic gastritis locates in the spleen and stomach,its pathogenesis is the disorder of qi-movement,which is characterized by the complex deficiency and excess,the primary deficiency and the secondary excess.Chronic atrophic gastritis can be treated with purgation methods such as strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach,soothing the liver and regulating qi,and clearing heat and draining dampness,activating blood and resolving stasis,tonifying yin to nourish the stomach.
