摘　　要：快速变化的外部环境使企业可持续成长问题成为管理学界研究的热点和难点。在前人研究的基础上,对企业可持续成长的前因条件、所需要的动态能力维度进行了深入研究,并构建了动态能力作用于企业可持续成长的机理模型。这一模型的建立对于揭示动态环境条件下企业实现可持续成长的机理具有重要的现实和理论意义。The rapid change of external environment makes sustainable growth of firms to be the hot topic as well as the research difficulty of the management field.Based on previous researches,the paper makes a deep analysis on the presupposition and the dynamic capabilities of the sustainable growth of firms,and a mechanical model is constructed on the function of dynamic capabilities to the sustainable growth of firms.The construction of the model has important practical and theoretical significance to the sustainable growth of firms in dynamic environment.
