摘　　要：随着北京奥运会和上海世博会的成功举办,各种各样的新项目如雨后春笋般不断涌现,以项目为中心按照团队进行管理的组织结构更加适合现代竞争的需要,而组织是否拥有大量优秀的项目管理人才已经成为企业生存、发展以及参与国际竞争的关键。但是在高校项目管理教学中还存在很多弊端,针对项目管理课程的特点及教学中存在的问题,我们在该课程的教学过程中进行了教学内容、教学方法和手段的改革和实践。With Beijing Olympics and Shanghai World Expo,all kinds of new projects are springing up.Therefore,project-centered management teams are in great need in modern market competition and excellent project management personnel have become the key to the survival and development of enterprises.Unfortunately,there are still many problems in the teaching of ＂project management＂ courses in higher schools.The paper analyzes these problems and calls for innovation in the teaching content,teaching methods and approaches.
