摘　　要：本文主要论述了高职院校师资队伍建设的总体思路和具体措施,并结合我院实际,通过资源共享、优势互补、校企共建等途径,推行具有高职特色的"四项机制",全面实施师资队伍建设"四项计划",可供其他高职院校参考。The article discussed the overall thought and specific measures of faculty building in higher vocational colleges,and combined with actual situation of Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute,carried out ＂Four Mechanisms＂ with vocational characteristics,implemented ＂four plans＂ of faculty building roundly through approaches,such as resources sharing,complementary advantages and college-enterprise base to provide reference for other higher vocational colleges.
