摘　　要：在内科护理教学中有意识的培养护生的法制观念,明确自己的法律地位,在实习期间规范自己的行为,使护患纠纷的发生率显著降低。为在今后的工作中提高护生的法律意识是很有必要的,是避免护患纠纷的重要法宝。Objective The legal awareness of nursing students should be consciously cultivated in medical care teaching in order to define their legal status and standardize their behaviors for decreasing the incidence of nurse-patient disputes.It is necessary to enhance the legal awareness of nursing students to work well in the future,which is important to avoid nurse-patient disputes.
