摘　　要：针对如何构建和谐社会这一现实问题,应用利益相关者、企业社会责任等理论,分析了构建社会主义和谐社会过程中企业内外部利益相关者冲突的内在机理,提出把履行社会责任纳入企业战略规划体系、构建企业利益相关者约束机制的对策建议。研究结果对于强化企业社会责任、构建和谐社会具有重要的理论与实践价值。In view of ways to construct harmonious society,theories of stakeholders and social responsibilities of enterprises were adopted to elaborate on the internal mechanism of conflicts between the internal and the external enterprise stakeholders in the process of building a socialist harmonious society.Proposals were made that the social responsibilities of enterprises should be integrated into their strategic planning systems and enterprises ought to establish a stakeholder restraint mechanism.The study is of both theoretical and practical value in strengthening enterprises’social responsibility awareness and constructing harmonious society.
