摘　　要：目前,女馆员已经成为我国高校图书馆的主力军。分析了对女馆员进行继续教育的必要性,提出了继续教育的内容,探讨了继续教育的特点及途径。At present,the female librarians have become the main force of university library.This paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out the continuing education for female librarians,puts forward the contents of continuing education,and probes into the features of and paths for the continuing education.
