本科护生职业意向选择与成因分析

摘　　要：目的了解在校护生的职业意向及变化倾向,为稳定护生专业思想提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷对4届283名护理专业本科生职业意向和择业意向进行调查。结果 2009级护生在感觉越来越喜欢护理专业、毕业时准备考取研究生、毕业后打算出国深造方面所占比例较高,分别是40.51%、43.04%、46.84%,而2006级护生在感觉越来越喜欢护理专业、准备一生从事护理工作、毕业时准备考取研究生、毕业后打算出国深造、毕业后准备就职于医院方面所占比例最低,分别是16.95%、3.39%、13.56%、13.56%、59.32%。因专业地位低不喜欢护理专业2006级护生所占比例最高(81.36%),2009级所占比例最低(43.04%)。结论护生对专业态度的变化提示需从改善护士从业环境入手,抓好临床教学师资队伍建设,为护生健康成长创造良好的工作环境。Objective To explore the career tendency arid changing intention, and provide the reference for the stabilization of the professional ideology of un- dergraduate nursing students. Methods A total of 283 nursing students in four grades were recruited and a self - desigaaed questionnaire was used to investigale their career tendency and changing intention. Results There were higher proportions of 2009 nursing students in feeling more and more liking nursing,preparing for the master degree and planning to go abroad for further study ＇after graduation ,which accounted for 40.51% ,43.04% ,and 46.84% respectively. There were lower proportions uf 2006 nursing students in feeling more and more liking nursing （ 16.95% ） ,working as a nurse for the whole life（3.39% ） ,preparing for the master de- gree（ 13.56% ） ,planning to going abroad for further study（ 13.56% ） and working at a hospital after graduation （59.32%）. The highest proprtion （81.36%） in 2006 nursing students and the lowest proportion （43.04%） in 2009 nursing students were represented in disliking nursing due to the low profession status. Conclusion According to the change of students＇professional attitudes,it indicates that we need to provide a better employment environment and pay adequate at- tention to tbe construction of clinieal teaching faculty,and create a good working envirunment for the health and sound development of nursing students.
