摘　　要：语言学习容易受学习者的基础、兴趣、动机、环境等非智力因素的影响,因此应该建立起灵活的、行之有效、科学合理、操作性强、能全面评价学生的学习情况和学习效果的体系。网络化学习评价是数字化背景下监控和管理学生学习质量的核心所在。评价体系实施后,学生在学习兴趣、态度、自信心以及学习策略等方面都得到明显的提升和改进。Language learning is vulnerable to learners＇ foundation, interest and motivation, environment and other non - intellectual factors. Therefore, the system that is flexible, effective, scientific and workable should be established to evaluate students＇studying situation and learning effect comprehensively. Web - based learning assessment plays a key role in monitoring and managing students＇ learning quality in digital setting. After the implementation of the assessment system, students＇ study interest, attitude, self - confidence, and study strategies are significantly improveed and innovated.
