单脐动脉的产科临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨与单脐动脉并发的其他畸形及妊娠结局,为孕期咨询和临床处理提供依据。方法对2008年5月～2010年5月在该院诊断并分娩的62例单脐动脉胎儿的结局进行回顾分析。结果单脐动脉发病率为0.28%(62/22 204),合并其他系统发育异常的有13例,死亡4例,染色体异常1例,大部分单纯性单脐动脉胎儿结局好。结论胎儿单脐动脉可单独发生,也可与其他系统发育异常或染色体异常同时存在,单纯性单脐动脉的胎儿可获得较好的妊娠结局。产前超声检查可较为准确、及时的发现单脐动脉,为临床诊断提供依据。【Objective】 Make a research on other deformities or pregnancy results occurring simultaneously with single umbilical artery.【Methods】 The data of 62 fetus with single umbilical artery diagnosed and delivered in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】 The incidence rate of single umbilical artery is 0.28 percent（62/22 204）.Of all the 62 cases,most fetus with pure single umbilical artery had better results,besides complicated abnormal growth of other systems fetus 13 instance,dead fetus 4 instance,and abnormal chromosome 1 instance.【Conclusion】 Fetus with single umbilical artery could occurred alone,and could combine with other systems abnormal or chromosome abnormal too.Simple fetus with single umbilical artery leads to better outcome than others.Ultrasonography prenatal can accurately and timely detect fetus with single umbilical artery,and provides evidence to clinical diagnosis.
