摘　　要：每位教师都有自己的教学哲学。教师个体教学哲学是以个体为本的教师教学理念与实践的哲学,是支持教师获得教学智慧、形成教学个性的前提,是教师专业发展发展的基础。然而教师的个体教学哲学常呈现替代性、结构性及来源性缺失。建构教师个体教学哲学需要唤醒教师自我并以哲学思维方式追问教学世界、不断转化教学实践经验。Each teacher has his own individual teaching philosophy. Individual teaching philosophy is the individual to the teacher＇s teaching theories and practices of philosophy,it supports teachers to get teaching wisdom, it is the basis of the development of professional development. However, the individual teaching philosophy is replaced, structural deficiency and sources of missing. Construction of the individual teaching philosophy needs teachers to wake up and ask the teaching world with philosophical thinking, and evolve teaching experience.
