我国普通高中教育投资体制政策的价值分析

摘　　要：普通高中多元化教育投资体制政策是政府的一种价值选择,反映着政府追求的价值目标,这种体制的建立有着深刻的社会背景和原因。该政策执行的有效性存在三个争论的焦点,政府的责任、效率和效益、正负价值。相应地,本文从这三个角度提出了教育政策制定和执行要坚持的新的价值取向。The policy of diversification of education investment system in Ordinary High School is the value choice of the government, which reflects the value objective the government chases. The system is based on social background and reasons. The effectiveness of this police has three arguments： government＇s responsibility, efficiency and benefit, positive value and negative value. So, this article puts forward to the new value orientation of education police from these angles.
