摘　　要：目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(Hypoxia inducible factor-1,HIF-1α)表达与胃腺癌临床病理特征两者间的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,检测63例胃腺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中HIF-1α的表达。结果:HIF-1α蛋白在胃黏液腺癌组织的阳性率明显高于癌旁区组织、正常组织,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);在胃黏液腺癌组织中,随着组织学病理分级的增加、临床分期的进展和淋巴结的转移,HIF-1α蛋白表达阳性率逐渐上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α表达与胃癌浸润、淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小有关,参与胃癌的发生和发展;HIF-1α可作为判断胃癌患者生物学行为及预后的指标之一,也为临床提供靶向治疗的方向。Objective：To observe the relativity between the expression of HIF-1α and the pathological clinical characteristics of gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods：To detect the expression of HIF-1α in the 63 normal gastric tissues and gastric adenocarcinoma using immunohistochemistry.Results：The positive rate of HIF-1α protein in gastric adenocarcinoma were apparently higher than the adjacent mucosa and normal gastric tissues（P〈0.05）.In gastric adenocarcinoma,along with the increase of histopathological grading,the advances of clinical staging,the metastasis of lymph node,the positive rate of HIF-1α protein increased gradually（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of HIF-1α were related to invasion of gastric cancer、the metastasis of lymph node、the size of the tumor.It may be taken as an index for evaluating carcinogenesis,progression,biological behaviors and prognosis of gastric carcinoma,and it may provide the way for clinical targeting treatment.
