摘  要:使用POLYFLOW软件对固体推进剂药浆在捏合机混合釜内的流动过程进行了数值仿真,采用混合釜壁面相对桨叶反方向旋转的方法实现公转,桨叶只需要绕自身轴线白转即可实现行星运动;运用网格叠加技术并结合相应的网格加密技术,完成了复杂边界条件下的网格划分。实现了混合过程巾药浆流动的可视化,量化了捏合机混合过程中釜内各点的速度、剪切应力、粘度、混合指数的分布和极值关系。为复合固体推进剂药浆混合丁艺的安全研究和混合性能的分析提供一定的理论参考。The mixing characteristics of composite solid propellant slurry, stirred in kneading mixers were investigated. POLYFLOW software was employed to solve the problems numerically. Turning the mixing tank instead of the revolution of the blades, thus the planetary motion was carried out only by the autorotation of the blades around their own axes. With mesh superposition technique (MST) and mesh refinement technique, the blades and mixing tank were meshed according to motional characteristics of the blades and the requirement of numerical simulation. Visualization of flow process and flow pattern in stirred vessels was realized. The distribution law and the extremum relation of slurry flow velocity, shear stress, viscosity and mixing index were obtained.
