摘　　要：随着电子工业的迅猛发展,表面贴装技术(SMT)已经渗透到各个领域,对以培养合格工程师为主要目的的工科院校来说,如何让学生更快更好的了解当前科技前沿知识,如何适应新时代的发展,为电子工艺实习提出了新课题。文章简要介绍了SMT应用于电子工艺实习的重要性,以及选用电调谐FM微型收音机作为表面贴装技术的实习产品,开展了相关的教学实践。With the rapid development of electronics industr）, surface mount technology （ SMT ） has penetrated into various fields. To the engineering colleges aiming to train qualified engineers, how to let the students make faster and better understanding of current cutting- edge technology knowledge, how to adapt to a new era of development put forward new tasks for electronic technology practice. This paper briefly describes the importance of SMT＇s application in electronic technology practice, and selecting micro - electric tuning FM radio as practice products of surface mount technology to carry out the relevant teaching practice.
