摘　　要：企业家极限问题的提出,是管理思想、经济理论和企业家理论演进的结果。秉承专家学者关于企业家个性特征与企业发展密切相关的观点,结合我国国情,该文对企业家极限问题进行较深入研究,研究内容包括概念界定,内涵系统化及发展规律。Limit problem of entrepreneurs is management thought, the economic theory and the theory of evolution of entrepreneurs results. With China＇ s national conditions, the limit of entrepreneurs is discussed, research content involves the definition, connotation systematic and law of development adhering to the viewpoint of the experts and scholars on entrepreneurship individual characteristics to enterprise development.
