摘　　要：文章在分析了传统理论课教育教学测评目的基础上,提出理论课教育教学测评目的的新视角:以教师职业发展为目的,并阐述了以教师职业发展为目的应做到"三个切实"。This paper based on the analysis of traditional theory class education teaching assessment purpose,puts forward the new perspective of education teaching evaluation purpose： With the the purpose of teachers＇ professional development,and states the ＂three practical＂ should be done for the purpose of teacher professional development.
