独立学院辅导员(班主任)工作的思考

摘　　要：高校辅导员班主任是与学生接触最多的群体,其思想、行为、人生观、价值观对大学生的成长有着举足轻重的影响,所以加强辅导员班主任队自身修养的提高,全面发展综合素质,对学生的成长、成才以及学院培养人才奠定坚实的基础。独立学院的学生大多学习基础薄弱,但是他们思想活跃,动手能力强,喜欢展示自我,积极参加爱各项校园文化活动。鉴于学生的这些特点,辅导员班主任工作就需要讲究方法、艺术,结合实际,因地制宜。University counselors headmaster is in contact with students in the community,primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and the campus life education service,their thoughts and behavior,life and values influence college students＇ growing up,therefore strengthen its training programme,develop the overall quality,has laid solid foundation for students＇ growing,futures and the training of talented people.The students in independent institute mostly have weak foundation,but they are being active and able,they like to display themselves and actively participate in cultural activities.For these characteristics,University counselors＇ work are required with particular method,art,in accordance with reality and local conditions.
