摘　　要：学生个性的发展离不开教师个性化的教学,而我们现在的教育教学提倡学生个性的发展,让教师不要阻碍学生的个性发展,但忽视了教师个性的发展是学生个性发展的必备条件。教师个性化教学的形成对学生个性的发展、学生学习成绩的提高以及开展素质教育都起到了至关重要的作用。The development of students＇ personality is inseparable from teacher＇s individualized teaching,and our current teaching is promotion of personality development of students,teachers should not hinder the personality development of students,but ignoring the development of teacher＇s individual personality is the prerequisite and foundation of personality development of students.The formation of individualized teaching of teachers have played a crucial role to personality development of students,improvement of students＇ academic and conduct the quality of education
